Labor Equality
1. Objective Establish the principles that promote a culture of labor equality and non-discrimination within the organization and guarantee equal opportunities for all personnel, in accordance with Section 111 of Article 1 of the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination (LFPED), which states:
“Discrimination: for the purposes of this law, discrimination shall be understood as any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference that, by action or omission, intentionally or unintentionally, is not objective, rational, or proportional and aims to or results in hindering, restricting, preventing, undermining, or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment, or exercise of human rights and freedoms, when based on one or more of the following reasons: ethnic or national origin, skin color, culture, sex, gender, age, disabilities, social, economic, health, or legal status, religion, physical appearance, genetic characteristics, migratory status, pregnancy, language, opinions, sexual preferences, political identity or affiliation, marital status, family situation, family responsibilities, language, criminal background, or any other reason; discrimination also includes homophobia, misogyny, any manifestation of xenophobia, racial segregation, anti-Semitism, as well as racial discrimination and other related forms of intolerance.”
2. Scope Applicable to the functional areas of Integradores de Tecnología S.A. de C.V., Interconecta S.A. de C.V., Coopsa Ambiental S.A. de C.V., GA Energy Services S.A.P.I. de C.V., within their current certification schemes.
3. Definitions

General Guidelines Any conduct or action of mistreatment, violence, discrimination, and segregation by the authorities of our workplace towards personnel and among personnel is strictly prohibited in matters of:
- Physical appearance
- Culture
- Disability
- Language
- Sex
- Gender
- Age
- Social, economic, health, or legal status
- Pregnancy
- Marital status
- Religion
- Opinions
- Ethnic or national origin
- Sexual preferences
- Migratory status
- Political identity or affiliation
- Criminal background
- Misogyny
- Xenophobia
- Racial segregation
- Anti-Semitism
4.2 General Principles of Labor Equality and Non-Discrimination Governing the Company
- Respect for human rights, freedoms, and inherent qualities of those who work in the organization.
- Respect for individual differences in culture, religion, ethnic origin, ideas, contributions, sex, age, social origin, nationality, sexual orientation, political affiliation or hierarchy, misogyny, xenophobia, racial segregation, anti-Semitism.
- Equal pay and employment opportunities based on a single salary scale, applied without distinction of sex or any condition.
- Equal opportunities and career development for personnel.
- Impartiality in hiring processes, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality, disability, health condition, pregnancy, or any other situation protected by the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, federal, state, or local laws.
- Recognition of merit for granting compensations and benefits, without making any distinction among personnel performing similar responsibilities, guaranteeing equal pay.
- Impartiality in the equitable participation of women and men in training and development programs that enhance their potential and favor their professional and personal growth.
- Respect for the right of individuals to achieve a balance in their personal, family, and work life, with equal opportunities.
